Day 11

I LOVE PILATES

I just came home and I still feel very relaxed and not even the muscles in my neck is strained. It's really comfortable, and it's amazing what some silly workout can do to your body. Fantastic!

I'm having a cold so I'm not going to do any cardio today, but it's nice not to feel guilty because I've already done cardio in the morning. So I'm just going to enjoy a nice cup of tea with honey and some grapes to help me get the vitamins I need to become strong and healthy again and maybe I'm going for a walk later
